Prices of products are as shown on the website at the time of ordering. VAT is not charged. An additional packaging and postage charge will be applied at the checkout. Devon Weavers Workshop reserves the right to alter prices. When photographing the product every effort is made to give a fair representation of each item. Please contact Devon Weavers Workshop if you would like further clarification on any item on the website before ordering.



All purchases are made via a secure payment system. Payment may be made via all major debit or credit cards, or via PayPal.



If you are not happy with your purchase, goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt in re-saleable condition and in the original packaging for a full refund (excluding postage). Refunds are made via the original payment method used, normally within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. Return postage costs are not refundable. In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty it should be returned within 7 days of receipt. The reason for the return and your contact details should be included. The purchase price (including postage) and return postage costs will be refunded if an item is found to be defective. When returning goods please notify Devon Weavers Workshop by email that you are doing so. All parcels sent back are done so at the customer’s own risk.
